What We Do
Before Baby Visit
Before Baby Visit
A Before Baby Visit is a vital part of your preparation. On this In-Home visit your doula will insure you have everything you need for your arrival home from the hospital/birthing center. She will acquaint herself with where things are, your preferences and what to expect the first night.
Doula Services
Before Baby Visit
Nurturing support to families as they transition into parenthood. Providing emotional and physical support, as well as evidenced-based education. Demonstration of safe, AAP (American Association of Pediatrics) approved practices. Doulas teach the parents to know their baby and tend to his/her needs, while empowering parents to make the right choices. Simply, an extra set of hands to support your family.

Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
Sometimes, there are underlying issues that can make breastfeeding difficult. An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant can help you address your concerns and get you back on track with your breastfeeding.
Your doula can assist you with scheduling a qualified IBCLC.

We can offer you our knowledge of local businesses including: childproofing your home, pool area, mommy and baby meals, mommy and baby PT, chiropractic services, flat head specialists, recommendations to holistic providers and postpartum therapy

Terry was an absolute lifesaver for my husband and I. We were in desperate need of help with our two week old and Terry dropped everything to come to our home and help us the next day. She was so helpful, emotionally supportive and extremely knowledgeable about newborn care., taking the time to share her knowledge and answer all of my questions.
